Fabulous product solid and as we wanted

everything was so easy some nuts were missing but
they send out next day no fuss

The four chair patio set with round table, umbrella with stand and table cover was both excellent quality and price. Very impressed with the customer care telephone service, Liz, helpful, efficient and sorted my issue out quickly. Just be aware the furniture arrived on a large wooden palette by a third party company with little warning about delivery time and day. Just be prepared to make room and unpack yourself. But this would not put me off ordering from Oak furniture king again.

Ordered through amazon had a response straight away and item was delivered within 5 days was phoned day of delivery to make sure I was in and it was convenient though delivery was a little strange there van was to big to come down my street so I had it delivered in 2 trips in someone's car but delivered safely the table and chairs are value for money better than I expected very solid easy to put together look very elegant in my dinning room very pleased with service and end product

I ordered and paid for a piece of furniture. I received an email a couple of days later to inform me it had been shipped. This was followed up with an email including the tracking link and delivery details. I therefore find it quite incredible that my item of furniture then disappeared in transit. I received no further correspondence from Oak Furniture King until I received an email a week later to inform me it was no longer in stock! Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened and if there were alternative suppliers of this item I would not have chosen to use this company again.

Good customer service , ordered 4 leather dining chairs and are really pleased with the quality for the price paid. Would recommend this company and buy from in the future .

The chairs are great.however the packaging was not good and two chairs were damaged.but I phoned and they were changed straight away. The new chairs packaging again was all damaged but the chairs were okay.
